Leadership Education and Experiential Program
Leadership Education and Experiential Program (L.E.E.P.) is an online personal and professional development program centered on introducing students to the foundational principles of leadership over the course of at least three semesters. Throughout their time in the program, students are encouraged to define their own personal philosophy on leadership by engaging in an active learning environment with a small cohort of like-minded peers. Upon completion of L.E.E.P., students will have a more robust, practical understanding of leadership fundamentals that can be applied to their current or future role.
