One-year master’s degree for business majors or minors

Core business courses establishes the foundation for your MSE experience

Elective courses allow you to tailor your MSE experience to your strengths and interests

Combined degree for UF students wanting to complete both their undergraduate degree and a Master of Science Finance degree within four years.

Required credits: The MSF degree requires 32 graduate credits.

Graduate credits 18 graduate credits may be taken prior to receiving the undergraduate degree – 12 undergraduate substitution credits + 6 additional not used for undergraduate degree requirements.

Choose your path. Students typically begin their careers in investment banking, commercial banking, corporate finance, or private wealth and asset management.

1 1/2 – 2 year master’s degree for business and non-business majors

Core business courses (36-40 credits) offer complete immersion into the world of big data

Three tracks for an enriching and personalized learning experience.

STEM-accredited – Our program provides intensive preparation to make sure our graduates are ready to help companies use this data to their advantage.

Independent Study provides the opportunity for being involved in a project, such as a system design, website implementation or data analysis, for an agency at UF or outside UF.

Graduates of our program leave with skills that are in high demand in a variety of sectors such as consulting, financial services, technology, and energy.

10 month master’s degree for students who have completed a bachelor’s degree. Prior work experience is strongly preferred.

Core real estate courses (26 credits) reinforce fundamental business concepts

Elective courses (8 credits) from a broad array of finance, entrepreneurship, development, building construction, and urban and regional planning electives.

Capstone Course (required) provides students the opportunity to analyze “live” commercial real estate cases supplied and supported by practicing real estate professionals.

Graduate International Experience (real estate course GEB 6930) provides MSRE students with practical, first-hand exposure to international real estate markets.
