From the Director
I am pleased to share the Employment Report for Warrington’s Full-Time MBA Class of 2022.
This year, our class was comprised of graduates with particularly diverse professional backgrounds. Alongside students with traditional experience in finance, marketing, and consulting, we welcomed former teachers, entrepreneurs, athletes, clinical research specialists, and even (two!) theme park professionals. Over the course of our program, this unique group of students equipped themselves with a world-class business education and learned to leverage their diverse experiences to achieve impressive career outcomes.
In terms of median base salary, 2022 was another record-breaking year for students enrolled in both our one-year and two-year Full-Time formats. While our students tend to prefer affordable geographic locations when selecting their post-MBA roles, average salary still exceeded $117K this year. Median signing bonus also increased to an all-time high this year: $25K.
Overall placement percentages held strong this year as well, with 95% of Gator MBAs receiving a full-time job offer within 3 months of graduation. 80% of students accepted full-time opportunities by graduation, and 90% accepted roles within 3 months of completing their degree.
Top industries for 2022 were Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Healthcare, Technology, and Consulting. Top functions were Marketing, Finance, and Consulting. Students accepted offers with 31 companies, and our top employers included Procter & Gamble, Accenture, Keurig Dr Pepper, Walmart, and Ryder.
As always, thank you for your support of the Warrington College of Business and of our Full-Time MBAs in particular. Go Gators!

- The percentage of students for whom there is usable salary information is 100%. This calculation is made by dividing the number of job-accepting graduates for whom you have usable salary information/total job-accepting graduates.
- I/D refers to instances with insufficient data. MBA Standard guidelines require a minimum of three data points for each category and that the number of data points is equal to or greater than one percent of full-time graduates seeking employment. Data points not meeting both requirements will still display the number of employed graduates, but will show “I/D” for all salary calculations.
- Accepted offers with remote locations are excluded from calculations.
