Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Marketing
Marketing is “the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.” In other words, marketing is the study of determining what customers want and how to deliver it to them. The curriculum for marketing majors (BSBA-MKG) is designed for students who want to study consumer needs and develop products and services to meet those needs. Marketing students learn the theoretical concepts of marketing and how to apply these concepts in a practical sense. A degree in marketing provides students with many career opportunities, including: consulting, market research, advertising, retail, public relations, and sales. Popular areas of graduate studies for marketing majors are: business, law, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
