Heavener Hall is equipped with advanced technology to create an engaging classroom experience. However, navigating through all these features and functions can sometimes get a bit confusing. That is why we created the following manuals to help instructors master the classroom.

The Heavener Rooms 140 and 150 user A/V instruction manual provides instruction on the following tasks:

  • Use Power Point Mode
  • Manually Select PC Monitor for Projection
  • Project an HDMI Laptop on the Screen (Wall)
  • Project a VGA Laptop on the Screen (Wall)
  • Use AirMedia to Project Laptop
  • Select and Adjust Audio Sources

The Heavener Rooms 210, 220, 230, 260, 270 user A/V instruction manual provides instruction on the following tasks:

  • Project the Podium Computer on the Screen

Attention Lecturers!

If you are using PowerPoint’s Presenter View display, you will notice that a link will only open on the projected screen, not on the computer monitor. Because it may be difficult to navigate through the presentation on the screen, please turn off the Presenter View function:

  1. Navigate to the Slide Show Ribbon
  2. Uncheck “Use Presenter View”

As a result, the same image will be shown on both the screen and the projector. Note that the Presenter View will be disabled for the remainder of the presentation unless manually turned on again.
