Specialized master’s programs have been popping up at many of the other top business schools in the world, but at Warrington, they’ve long been one of our main focuses. Our programs’ longevity helps produce some of the best specialized master’s degrees in the industry, and the rankings prove it.

New for Fall 2019!

3 online specialized master’s

Earn your master’s online from the online masters. The College will now offer three Specialized master’s programs as fully online options. The Master of International Business, Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Master of Science in Management programs will be offered as online options that require zero campus visits.

One-year master’s degree for business majors or minors

Core business courses (14 credits) reinforce fundamental business concepts

Elective courses (16 credits) allow you to customize the curriculum

Global Immersion Experience (GIE) brings the classroom to life through a week-long corporate study tour abroad

Study Abroad opportunities at more than 30 elite business schools (options)

Global experience through curriculum, study abroad & diverse perspectives of student body and faculty

Combined degree for UF students wanting to complete both their undergraduate degree and a Master of Science Finance degree within four years.

Required credits: The MSF degree requires 32 graduate credits.

Graduate credits 18 graduate credits may be taken prior to receiving the undergraduate degree – 12 undergraduate substitution credits + 6 additional not used for undergraduate degree requirements.

Choose your path. Students typically begin their careers in investment banking, commercial banking, corporate finance, or private wealth and asset management.

1 1/2 – 2 year master’s degree for business and non-business majors

Core business courses (36-40 credits) offer complete immersion into the world of big data

Three tracks for an enriching and personalized learning experience.

STEM-accredited – Our program provides intensive preparation to make sure our graduates are ready to help companies use this data to their advantage.

Independent Study provides the opportunity for being involved in a project, such as a system design, website implementation or data analysis, for an agency at UF or outside UF.

Graduates of our program leave with skills that are in high demand in a variety of sectors such as consulting, financial services, technology, and energy.

10 month traditional master’s degree for students who have completed a bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time, in resident program.

For UF students: combined undergraduate / master’s option, allows students to begin working on the MSRE degree while completing UF undergraduate studies.

Core real estate courses (26 credits) reinforce fundamental real estate concepts.

Elective courses (8 credits) from a broad array of finance, entrepreneurship, development, building construction, and urban and regional planning electives.

Capstone Course (required) provides students the opportunity to analyze “live” commercial real estate cases supplied and supported by practicing real estate professionals.

Graduate International Experience (real estate course GEB 6930) provides MSRE students with practical, first-hand exposure to international real estate markets.
