Inclusive Excellence

The student experience at the Warrington College of Business is much more than earning a degree. It prioritizes belonging, respects all backgrounds and ideas, and equips students to think for themselves.

Business Gators from all backgrounds come together in the classroom, in student organizations and across campus to create meaningful change in the business world.

Because our differences strengthen us. They widen our perceptions, they challenge our thought process and they help us grow.

At Warrington, our students are the priority and they are celebrated for who they are. Every single one.

We unwavering in our commitment to universal human dignity and providing open access to opportunity for all students. As we educate students by thoughtfully engaging a wide range of ideas and views, we will continue to foster a community of trust, inclusivity, and respect for every member of our community.

On November 8th of every year, the Warrington College of Business joins UF, Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars (MFOS), and the rest of the nation in celebrating National First Generation Students Day. As Business Gators who are first in their families to attend a 4 year institution, join us yearly as we celebrate the accomplishments and experiences of our first-gen students through community-building, networking and professional development opportunities specifically for you.

Mental Health and Self-care Day

This event is open to all Warrington students as an opportunity to press pause on the academic hustle and grind right before midterms and spring break! During this annual event, students are able to gain useful self-care and mental health tips and strategies for success, receive a free and relaxing massage, enjoy healthy snack options, and connect with fellow Business Gators.

Please contact Jeff Danso for more information regarding past or upcoming events.

Community Engagement

The Office of Access, Engagement, and Success seeks to strengthen the Warrington College brand within local and statewide communities. This is achieved through intentional and thoughtful collaborations with state and local non-profits organizations to provide K-12 students with exposure to business education: College tours, Business activity simulations, mentoring and much more.
