The ten-month, full-time in residence, Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program, housed in the Warrington College of Business, thrives on innovation, a dynamic student body, significant interaction with high-level working professionals, and nationally recognized professors. The program is a unique combination of theory and practice that will both enhance your real estate education and develop your professional skills.

Program advantages include mentoring by members of the Bergstrom Center’s Real Estate Advisory Board, peer mentoring from MSRE Alumni, intensive training in software packages and databases, including Argus, CoStar, and CCIM’s site to do business, a program-long “case studies” class that brings real world projects and professionals to campus, and significant progress toward the CCIM designation.
The ability of MSRE graduates to make immediate and significant contributions to the profitability of their firms is evidenced by the fact that numerous employers have come back to hire additional graduates over the years.
