Offering Excellent Customer Experience
Amy Casari, Enterprise Holdings Talent Acquisition Manager for Northeast Florida, came to speak to students about the consumer experience. Enterprise is the largest car rental company in the world as measured by revenue, fleet, and employees. The company hires over 8,000 college graduates a year. Amy shared how Enterprise’s mission statement “to be the best transportation service provider to exceed customers’ expectations for service, quality, and value” is real and how Enterprise strives to meet this mission statement by offering excellent customer service and valuing their employees. Students had the opportunity to have a group discussion about what creates positive and negative consumer experiences. Amy helped students to understand how negative customer experiences permanently impact a customer’s view of a company. Additionally, she emphasized the importance of every customer, every time, all the time in order to provide excellent service.
