International Talent Program
The employment process can be difficult for international students seeking a full-time job based in the United States. The Business Career Services International Talent Program aims to connect our international students with those companies that are willing to consider hiring our talented students.
Business Career Services has teamed up with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP, the leading provider of end-to-end corporate immigration services and solutions worldwide, to simplify the process for both employers and our Warrington College of Business students that they are considering.
Here is how it works!
The application process for the International Talent Program must be initiated by both the company and the student simultaneously. It is best if the process is started when both the company and the student feels a job offer is forthcoming. When a job offer is immanent, the student must fill out the Business Career Services – International Talent Program – Student Questionnaire to start the process. Once you have completed this questionnaire, a representative from Business Career Services or Fragomen will contact you directly to continue the process moving forward.
It is also important to know, the company must also take part in this process by filling out their version of the Career Services – International Talent Program – Employer Questionnaire as well.
It’s important to note that this program does not guarantee a visa sponsorship, visa or employment, but it does improve the situation for international students being recruited on and off campus.
