Craig joined the Warrington College of Business in June of 2009. As Assistant Dean and Executive Director, Craig is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the College’s Business Career Services office and ensuring the delivery of quality career development programming and services to students representing the Heavener School of Business, Hough Graduate School of Business, and the Fisher School of Accounting. In this capacity, Craig leads his team towards continuous corporate development, along with working one-on-one with the business students to provide career counseling. Overall, Craig and his team are responsible for providing career services and programming to over 6,000 students within the Warrington College of Business at UF.
Prior to his career at UF, Craig was an Executive Recruiter with two of the world’s leading executive search firms: Korn/Ferry International and Spencer Stuart. In these roles, Craig was responsible for placing C-level and VP level executives at companies such as Assurant Group, Coca-Cola, DHL, Florida Power & Light, Hawaiian Airlines, Jabil, Microsoft, Winn-Dixie and Zipcar. Craig also brings with him an 11-year career within the Professional Sports industry, working in sales and marketing roles for both the Miami Heat and the Florida Panthers. Bernadine Thomas

Bernadine Thomas, a Chicago native, joined the Undergraduate Business Career Services team in 2018. Before joining Career Services she was an Academic & Career Advisor for five years with the Heavener School of Business as a Finance and Information Systems advisor. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Chicago State University and her Master’s degree in Adult Education from National Louis University. Bernadine has over 15 years of experience working in the private sector (recruitment and management) for Kelly Services before her career change to higher education where she worked at DePaul University in Chicago as Assistant Director for the School for New Learning graduate program and then in Student Affairs in the Office of Adult Student Affairs, a one-stop resource center for the adult, commuter, transfer and veteran student populations. In 2016, she earned her certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF). Choosing a career path can be daunting since there are so many career options. Scotty Goodloe Jr., a San Diego native, joined the Undergraduate BCS team in 2022. Prior to joining, Scotty worked in Financial Services for The City of Gainesville, FL for the past 5 years where he oversaw Procurement for Communications & Engagement, Transportation & Mobility, Facilities Management and Strategic Planning & Innovation. Scotty also spent 6 years working for the San Diego Unified School District. His responsibilities included providing programs and counseling to help students address mental health issues. Scotty received his Master’s in Organizational Leadership from National University in San Diego, CA. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Weber State University, where he was a four-year letterman student-athlete in Football. Scotty served as a Graduate Assistant in Athletics after playing football where his duties included evaluating athletic performance & administrative responsibilities. He is excited to coach, mentor and build transformational relationships with Warrington Students. Scotty is passionate about sports and cultivating relationships to enhance student engagement. Sierra Bice

Sierra Bice first joined the BCS team in August of 2020 as a Career and Peer Mentor, after 3 years she is now joining the Undergraduate Business Career Services team in 2023 as Associate Director, Career Coach for Accounting and Information Systems students. Sierra graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelor’s in Accounting and her Master’s in Information Systems and Operations Management with a minor in Auditing. During her time as a student, she served on the Advisory Board for the Florida Leadership Academy; Administration, Data and Events Project Manager for the Career and Peer Mentors; Vice President of Fundraising and Chapter Guide for Delta Sigma Pi; Ambassador for the Retail Smarter Conference; and teaching assistant for the graduate financial accounting course. Sierra also has a plethora of corporate experience working for the NASCAR Foundation, Zohi Beauty, BDO, and EY. Tara Routie

Tara Routie joined the undergraduate BCS team in September 2022. Prior to joining, she was a double gator, earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Warrington in Management and International Business, respectively. During her time as a Warrington student, she served on the Advisory Board for the Florida Leadership Academy, became a teaching assistant for The Legal Environment in Business, served as Director of Campus Outreach and Executive Director for the Hough Ambassadors, and collaborated with staff to serve on the Human Library Committee and the Heavener Leaders Banquet Committee. Tara was also part of the Gator Band as a Gatorette for four years and served as captain for three years. Tara knows how intimidating the career search can be, and she wants to help students find their perfect career. She is excited for the opportunity to be back in Heavener and help support you on your career journey.
Arlette Perez

Arlette first joined the team as a graduate assistant in August 2022 and then joined as a Career Coach for undergraduate sophomore students in May 2023. Arlette is a graduate of both the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida. She holds a Bachelor’s in Human Communication on a business and professional track with an undergraduate certificate in Human Resources, as well as a Master’s in Student Personnel in Higher Education. Prior to Business Career Services, Arlette worked with the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program here at UF supporting First-Generation college students through mentoring, advising, and programming. Before joining the Business Career Services team in 2018, Carly’s private sector background included roles in Corporate HR (ExxonMobil, General Electric), international education (South Korea, Russia) and digital marketing. After graduating from the UF MBA program, she refined her ability to develop others by advising employees and senior executives on career development and recruiting strategy, especially within Real Estate and Commercial functions. Houston joined the Business Career Services team in April 2021. Prior to this role, Houston spent six years with USAA, with the first three years being in the MBA Career Development Program. Over these six years, he worked in Innovation, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Strategy, and IT Modernization. Houston also spent 16 years in the US Air Force, first as an enlisted member and later as a commissioned officer. The majority of those years were spent in the Intelligence community, which afforded Houston the ability to live in numerous locations across the world. Houston received his MBA in Competitive Strategy from UF in 2015 and is excited to be back on campus assisting Warrington students in achieving their career goals. Before joining the Business Career Services team, Kim’s private sector experience included consulting and recruiting roles. At Deloitte, Kim consulted in the consumer business practice; she later opened the first Florida office for another division of Deloitte, where she recruited high-level project professionals and executives. Kim continued her consulting career working with small businesses and entrepreneurs from a variety of industries. She also started a human resource consulting practice at a regional firm. Kim is a double Gator with UF MBA and marketing undergraduate degrees. She currently works with Professional MBA (PMBA) students and is passionate about guiding them in their career search journey. Prior to joining the Business Career Services team, Debra’s private sector background included experience in recruitment, career development and management. She successfully recruited for retail executive management (ALDI) and technology (ADP) roles. Debra mentored and drove career development by advising employees and managers on interviewing techniques, networking and professional branding. Debra is a graduate from the University of Florida with a Master of Science in Management (MSM). She is excited to bring her passion of coaching and mentoring to Warrington students. In her current role she coaches students in the Professional MBA (PMBA) and Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship (MSE) program. Linda joined the Business Career Services team in August 2021. She spent almost a decade in fintech as a marketing executive at both FIS and Finastra. Before that, she worked in management consulting and banking. Her roles have required her to work and travel to many countries to collaborate with global teams. Most recently, Linda worked as a career coach at Right Management, a corporate outplacement firm. Throughout her career, Linda has loved hiring, developing, and mentoring her team members. She has pursued her passion for career services as a volunteer for higher education, community, and faith-based organizations, where she has taught and coached job seekers about personal branding and job search skills. Linda has her MBA from Columbia Business School. She coaches the Master of Science in Information Systems & Operations Management (MS-ISOM) and Executive MBA programs. Veena Garib is the Director of Employer Relations for Warrington College of Business, Business Career Services and brings over 18 years of experience in higher education, career services, employer relations, and leadership. She is passionate about connecting students, employers, and faculty for career development and talent acquisition. Before joining the Business Career Services team in 2022, Veena led career services efforts at various institutions including the University of Central Florida where she held the position of Associate Director, Employer Relations. Veena provides leadership to the employer relations team in establishing strategic plans, goals, policies, and procedures to effectively promote and deliver programs and services designed to connect students, industry partners, faculty, and staff. Veena earned her MBA and Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from UCF. As the Assistant Director, Employer Relations, Genaveve is responsible for collaborating with employers to develop successful recruiting strategies, create events and provide exceptional customer service. Kristy is the Recruiting Coordinator for the Business Career Services Office, with past experience in various University of Florida Administrative Offices including Career Services in the College of Law, Warrington College of Business, and IFAS Personnel. Kristy started her career in the Payable and Disbursements Department in 1987. After beginning her career on the financial side of UF, Kristy also wanted to gain knowledge assisting with student, staff and employer interaction, and recruiting. Kristy has worked in the College for 20 years and the University of Florida for 30 years.

Ainsley Hulley-Munson joined the Business Career Services team in March 2023 as the Administrative Operations Manager, where she is responsible for HR and Fiscal functions. Prior to this position, she worked in the Hospitality industry in South Florida and then Healthcare in Gainesville, where she focused on people development, performance and change management. Ainsley graduated from Florida Atlantic University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Multimedia Studies, and recently attained a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development from Jacksonville University. Passionate about helping others achieve their career objectives, she is excited to join a team of like-minded professionals and support their efforts.

Morgan joined Business Career Services in March 2022 as the Career Events Manager. Prior to this position, she worked six years with the UF College of Pharmacy as their Conference and Meeting Planner. In this role, she planned events for the college working with donors, faculty, staff, alumni, and students. Morgan is a proud double graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and Communication with a specialization in Communication and Leadership Development. Alexandra Hudson

Alexandra Hudson is an Operations Assistant responsible for Business Career Services event management and general administrative support. Prior to joining BCS, Alexandra worked as a marketing intern with Advantus where she gained insight into corporate work and product promotion. Alexandra is currently working towards her B.A. in English and Women’s Studies as well as a minor in Business Administration. On campus, she serves as a student board member for the Office of Gender Equity and Accessibility. Alexandra is thrilled to be working with the BCS Team and can’t wait to help bring Warrington’s career events to life. Hannah Cohen
Operations Assistant
Hannah Cohen is one of the operating assistants supporting the Business Career Services team. She a 5th year accounting student enrolled in the Fisher School of Accounting 3/2 program, where she is pursuing both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting. This past summer she completed a tax internship with KPMG in New York City, and will be returning to the office full-time following her graduation in Spring 2023. Throughout her academic career, Hannah has completed 5 internships at 5 different companies. She is passionate about professional development and enjoys helping other achieve their goals.
