Isabella Montoya

During my recruitment process with Facebook I made sure to visit the CAP Mentor offices in order to receive feedback on my application. I felt very prepared after my meetings with Veronica because I had the opportunity to go through a mock interview and answer questions that were very similar to the ones I was asked at Facebook. I received a tremendous amount of support and guidance and it made a real difference during my interview because I felt confident in knowing that I had practiced the material with my CAP Mentor!

Noel Fleig

After earning a degree in public relations, I was initially nervous about switching over to a business-related graduate program. I wondered if I’d be making the right decision for my future, but I knew I wanted to pursue a career in medical device sales and had to make the leap. My Graduate CAP mentor and overall Business Career Services experience has made the difference in me landing my dream job out of college. They helped me through interview prep, resume prep, and gave me all the advice I needed to feel confident to begin applying for my future career. With their help, I was able to land my dream Sales LDP with Johnson & Johnson Vision selling medical devices right out of school. Deciding to pursue a graduate degree in the business school has made all the difference in my education.
