Heavener Career Week
When: Fall and Spring
Established in 2015, Heavener Career Week is a semi-annual event bringing together employers and Heavener students in meaningful ways. Heavener Career Week is designed for undergraduate students to explore career options, learn about company cultures, affirm academic major choices, network with employers, and enhance career readiness. Invited companies will present interactive 50-minute workshops and information sessions on a variety of topics throughout the week. Students can interact, ask questions, network, and build meaningful relationships with professionals in their fields of interest. Employers will have opportunities during their session to share internship and full-time employment opportunities with students. Our team can assist in developing a personalized experience that will add value to your recruiting efforts, resulting in the identification of talented Warrington College of Business student candidates for you and your team to consider for your open career opportunities.

Professional Development Day
Professional Development Day is a day-long event dedicated to the career development of our students representing all seven (7) of our graduate business programs within the Hough Graduate School of Business. This day consists of several keynote career and professional development workshops delivered by senior corporate executives, industry and functional breakout panel sessions, a panel consisting of corporate recruiters and hiring managers that take part in valuable Q&A sessions, and a networking mixer for the students to practice their networking skills to round out the day. With over 325+ students in attendance each year, this is the signature event for the Graduate Business Career Services Office within the Hough Graduate School of Business here at UF. This event also extends the opportunity for companies such as yours to get an “early preview” of the great student talent from the Hough Graduate School of Business at UF, all while increasing your firms brand awareness in the eyes of our students.

Gator Graduate Career Fair & Interview Day
The Gator Graduate Career Fair and Interview Day are held each fall semester, and provide a tremendous opportunity to meet with and interview many of our talented graduate business students over a two day period. For companies wishing to fill internship opportunities as well as full-time positions, it is a great way to meet your talent acquisition goals. Graduate Business students from the University of Florida’s MBA, Information Systems and Operations Management-Supply Chain Track (ISOM), Entrepreneurship, Finance, Management, Real Estate, and International Business programs will attend this recruiting event. Gator Graduate Career Day will allow participating companies to focus their efforts on Florida’s graduate business population here in the Hough Graduate School of Business. It is this focus and commitment in attending this event that will not only significantly increase your exposure to our graduate business students, but will also increase our student’s genuine interest in your organization.
