Mission

The Leadership Development Program enables participants to grow personally and professionally, pursue involvement opportunities, community service, and establish a network through experiential learning.

Vision

The Leadership Development Program encourages self-exploration and growth through goal setting, value identification, and experiential learning embedded within a supportive and collaborative community. Through involvement with the LDP, students will be able to understand one’s talents, values, and interests, especially as these relate to the capacity to provide effective leadership.
