    Bio: Nick received a B.S. in Finance in 2013 and an M.S. in Finance in 2014 from Virginia Commonwealth University before entering the Ph.D. program at the University of Florida in 2014. His research interests are broad but primarily include corporate finance, governance, corporate investment, and entrepreneurial finance.

    Bio: Prior to joining the Ph.D. program in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Florida, Svetlana earned her M.S. in Finance from the Finance Academy under the Government of Russian Federation, M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Moscow International Higher Business School, and Ph.D. in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University. Before switching to academia she spent several years building her career in business starting as a financial analyst and an auditor and leaving as a person in charge of the development and financial strategy of the company. Her research interests include fintech, corporate and international finance, and real estate.
