Mapping the Change in Florida Property Value
The map shows the change in cumulative just value[1] of residential and commercial property by ZIP code from 2013-2022. Doesn’t include vacant land. Some ZIP codes omitted because of missing data.
- Values in Walton County’s 32459 tripled to $17 billion
- Values in Liberty County, which includes two ZIP codes, totaled $187 million in 2022 — the lowest in the state
- Values in Tallahassee’s 32301, home of the state Capitol, increased 72% to $2.8 billion
- Values in 32162, The Village’s most populous ZIP code, increased 80% to $11.9 billion
- The highest percentage increase was in ZIP code 32827 — which includes Orlando International Airport and the master planned community of Lake Nona — up 477% to $3.6 billion
- Values in 33647 — the most populous of Tampa’s 60 ZIP codes—increased 138% to $5.2 billion
- Values in Naples’ 34102 increased 165% to $28 billion
- Miami-Dade County, which has 80 ZIP codes, had the state’s highest values of $458 billion in 2022
- Values in Miami Beach’s 33139 — the state’s most valuable ZIP code in 2013 — increased “just” 75% to $29.2 billion
- Values in 33480, which includes North Palm Beach, Juno Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, increased the most — up $25 billion to $39 billion
- Values in 32210, Jacksonville’s most populous ZIP code, increased 111% to $5.5 billion
