Mentee Application
Spring 2024 Mentee Applications open Wednesday, January 10th at 9 am. Applications close Wednesday, January 24th at 11:59 pm.
Eligibility
- Any Warrington College of Business Freshman, Sophomore, or New Transfer Student
- Ability to commit to fully engage and take advantage of everything BUMP and your BUMP Mentor has to offer
Mentee Mindset
Unlike other Heavener Sponsored Programs or student organizations, the main development and heart of the program occurs as a mentor and mentee pair outside of structured meetings, trainings, and events. Therefore, it is important to be able to effectively manage your time and make your BUMP mentor a priority.
- Meet with your mentor approx. once per week, but no less than every two weeks. Most pairs meet at least once per week.
- The more you put into this experience, the more you will benefit, learn, and grow.

All meetings are held from 6:00-7:30 PM unless otherwise noted.
- Feb. 1st: Mentee Orientation
- Feb. 3rd: Retreat (11 am – 2 pm)
- Feb. 8th: Mentee Meeting #1
- Feb. 15th: Social #1
- Feb. 27th: AlumNight #1
- Mar. 7th: Mentee Meeting #2
- Mar. 21st: Social #2
- Mar. 26th: AlumNight #2
- Apr. 4th: Social #3
- Apr. 11th: Mentee Meeting #3
- Apr. 18th: Awards and Wrap-Up
Attendance at any combination of two Socials or AlumNights is required.
Recruitment Timeline
- Wednesday, Jan. 10th: Mentee Applications open at 9 am
- Monday, Jan. 22nd: Business Bash from 5 pm – 7 pm in the Reitz Union
- Wednesday, Jan. 24th: Mentee Application Deadline at 11:59 pm
