Business Ethics Ambassadors

Ethics is not an “add on” to business. Ethics is at the core of what it means to be a successful business person and is integral to an undergraduate degree in business. All students in the Heavener School of Business are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities that help them to recognize the importance of ethics in business, develop skills that promote ethical leadership, and strengthen a personal commitment to engaging in ethical business practices.

Select students have an opportunity to be more than participants in these activities; some students are leaders in developing and maintaining a culture at Heavener that is committed to ethics.

Those students who are ready to make a difference in the Heavener community by leading the commitment to business ethics are encouraged to apply for a position as a Business Ethics Ambassador (BEA). Those students selected to serve as a BEA have an opportunity to shape and maintain the Heavener culture as one committed to ethics, gain valuable experience in project management, and interact with prominent alumni, community leaders, and members of the Gator Nation worldwide.

Are you a Heavener student wanting to get involved with the BEAs? Learn more about these Ambassadors and their initiatives.
