Dr. David Ling makes introductions at the Advisory Board Fall Retreat

Save the date for our fall retreat in 2024

The retreat will be in Gainesville, FL on Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13, 2024 at the UF Hilton Conference Center. Registration is for current advisory board members. This is a Texas A&M home football weekend. Registration is for current advisory board members.

Hotel Information

The block rate for the board retreat is $149 plus taxes. Please book our block rate via the online portal. If you plan to keep your accommodations for the football game, you must book both Friday and Saturday night. For those nights, the rate is $499 plus taxes. The address of the hotel is 1714 SW 34th St, Gainesville, FL 32607.
