Gainesville, Fla. - The University of Florida's Center for Leadership and Service has announced a partnership with SweatMonkey, a Web-based resource created by a UF sophomore to engage students in community service.

Ray Selected as a Mentor for the National Ethics Conference
Gainesville, Fla. - Dr. Brian Ray, associate dean and director of the School of Business, was recently selected to serve as a mentor at the 2009 National Conference on Ethics in America (NCEA). The NCEA, an annual event hosted by the United States Military Academy, serves to promote awareness of ethical issues.

U.S. News Ranks Warrington #15 Among Public Business Programs
Gainesville, Fla. - The Warrington College of Business Administration is ranked among the nation's Top 25 business programs in the 2010 U.S.News & World Report survey of "America's Best Colleges." Warrington moved up two spots from last year, and is ranked #15 overall among public business programs.

UF freshman in the College of Business enrolled in the summer Warrington Welcome class assisted Alachua County Forever (ACF) land managers with the maintenance of Sweetwater Preserve.

UF Sife Team Receives Recognition at National Competition
Gainesville, Fla. - The University of Florida SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) team finished second runner-up, making UF one of the top 48 teams in the country, in the SIFE National Exposition held April 10-12, 2009 in Philadelphia.

SIFE Team Moves Forward to National Competition
The University of Florida SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) team returned to Gainesville as winners after participating in the Orlando, Fla. SIFE USA Regional Competition on March 23, 2009. The event was one of 16 SIFE USA Regional Competitions being held across the United States in March and April.

BusinessWeek Names Florida Among Top 20 Public Programs in U.S.
Graduates of the Warrington College earned the #16 spot overall from recruiters surveyed for the 2009 BusinessWeek Top Undergraduate Programs rankings. Released March 1, 2009 the rankings placed Florida at #20 overall among the country's public programs. UF also scored well for value, as #2 among all undergraduate programs in the nation.

UF Wins First Place in Russell IM&R Case Competition
The Warrington College of Business Administration's Student Investment Club (SIC) secured another victory for The Gator Nation as it captured first place at the annual Russell Investment Management and Research Case Competition.
