For International Women’s Day 2021, our Women in Business Association reflected on “The Urgency of Intersectionality” by Kimberlé Crenshaw. When we talk about #womenatwork, it is important to be aware of our actions and remember that we each play a role in creating an equal and equitable world for all women.

Women in Business sponsored an hour of virtual yoga/meditation/journaling to get our minds, bodies, and spirits flowing before finals. Led by yoga instructor Megan Towzey.
2020 Virtual Women's Entrepreneurship Summit: Watch Party
Women in Business hosted a “watch party” to watch and discuss the 2020 Women’s Entrepreneurship Summit, presented by the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center at the UF Warrington College of Business and the UF Collaboratory for Women Innovators at UF Innovate. This Summit offers inspirational stories and lessons learned from successful women entrepreneurs, as well as networking, mentoring, start-up and career advice, and career connections.
