Athletics & Wellness Team

The Athletics & Wellness Team aims to promote the general physical and mental welfare of UF MBA students. We organize several events and coordinate teams to meet on a regular basis to not only establish better wellbeing, but to also connect students with those inside and outside of their cohorts.

Communications Team

The Communications Team is dedicated to ensuring that each and every student’s voice is heard, valued, and celebrated. The individuals within this team work behind the scenes on the UF MBAA LinkedIn page, Instagram, and this website. They also work on projects to foster internal communication between other teams and use various digital platforms to support engagement.

Finance Team

The Finance Team focuses on responsible stewardship of the MBAA budget. We do this through consistent tracking and processing of budget request forms and by an active process of updating our data collection methods for long-term beneficial use to minimize errors.

Gator MBA Gear Team

The Gator MBA Gear Team (GMG) is a completely student-run team that organizes the operation behind our unique UF MBA branded gear. This includes managing the product innovation and strategic marketing, running the operations, and calculating the budget.

Inclusive Excellence Team

The Inclusive Excellence Team works to bring together UF MBA students to prepare and educate them on how to be inclusive leaders that serve the community and celebrate diversity. We consistently collaborate with other MBAA clubs to expand on our cause and increase awareness for all UF MBA students.

Internal Affairs Team

The Internal Affairs Team is dedicated to creating a lasting and memorable experience for UF MBA students by hosting events and socials to bring people together. The team works closely with the Network Development team to utilize opportunities to connect students from all cohorts. The individuals within this team work on hosting tailgates during football season in the Fall, and the annual Gala and Woodser events in the Spring, among other various events.

Network Development Team

The Network Development Team works to connect full-time UF MBA students with the other students attending classes at the Warrington College of Business. The team works closely with the Communications Team and The Internal Affairs Team to create events and spotlight opportunities to make lasting connections throughout the college.

Professional Development Team

Professional Development team strives to inspire and motivate students through experiential learning opportunities that will enhance professional and personal development. By preparing students for interviews, hosting guest speakers, organizing workshops, and sourcing case competitions, the Professional Development team provides ample opportunities for students to expand their knowledge and build their skills.

Case Competitions Team

The Case Competitions Team works with MBA administration to seek out and provide opportunities for MBA students to compete in case competitions around the country. We organize events to build familiarity and comfortability with the case competition process and build skills that can not only be applied when competing, but also in future internships and jobs.
