The mission of the Women in Business Association is to empower female MBA students and provide them with the resources and training to become the next generation of business leaders.
Our Goals
- To foster an inclusive environment at UF MBA where female identifying students can support one another, share experiences, connect and thrive.
- To educate the UF MBA community on how to serve as an ally for women in the workplace.
