Social Events

Out@Warrington hosts a variety of social events to connect our community and form strong bonds, such as couples game nights, happy hours, film viewings and queer pop culture parties.

Educational Events

We educate our UF MBA allies by hosting educational events to increase visibility and understanding of the LGBTQ+ community. Examples of workshops we’ve hosted include Gender Identity vs Gender Expression, Pronouns initiative, LGBTQ & the law, micro-aggressions and micro-elevations.

Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Conference & Career Fair

The ROMBA conference is the world’s largest gathering of LGBT+ business students and alumni. The event educates, inspires, and connects our community through C-suite panels, workshops, competitions, a host of receptions, and a career fair with 100 corporate partners across industries recruiting LGBT+ MBA talent. UF MBA current students attend the career fair portion each year to engage with potential employers and recruit for their dream careers! And UF MBA alumni return each year to network and continue learning.

LGBTQ+ Networking Events

We collaborate with other queer graduate groups at University of Florida, such as OutGrad and OutLaw to expand our LGBTQ+ family. We also partner with Pride Student Union (PSU) to mentor undergraduate Gators and facilitate career panels.

Out Women in Business Conference

The annual Out Women in Business Conference (aka OWIB) brings the LBT+ community together to form a strong, visible network of professionals to educate, inspire, and connect future generations of women in business. We love engaging with this community of passionate, inspiring women!

UF MBA Diversity Weekend

Out@Warrington participates in the annual UF MBA diversity weekend, conducting 1-on-1 chats with prospective students and hosting breakout “candid conversation” sessions to learn what life inside our club and MBA program is like.
