With over one billion people in the world living with a disability, the Gator MBAbility Club believes that learning, during the UF MBA experience, how to advance equality for people with disabilities is essential, especially as future business leaders.
Our Mission
The mission of the Gator MBAbility Club is to connect and support UF MBA students with different ability levels and educate the UF MBA community on disability awareness and how to serve as an ally for individuals with disabilities.
Our Goals
- To inform peers, faculty, and the university on the issues people with disabilities face, and develop strong leaders who will become allies and advocates for the disability community.
- To foster an inclusive, supportive environment at UF MBA where students with disabilities can thrive.
