Ainsley Thomas joined the Business Career Services team in March 2023 as the Administrative Operations Manager, where she is responsible for HR and Fiscal functions. Prior to this position, she worked in the Hospitality Industry and then Healthcare Industry, where she focused on people development, performance and change management. Ainsley graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Multi-Media Studies. She recently attained a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development from the University of Jacksonville. Passionate about helping others achieve their career objectives, she is excited to join a team of like-minded professionals and support their efforts.
