PURC/CLA Executive Development Series for Utility Commissioners: Leadership in Utilities Policy - Adaptive Work for New Realities

Utility commissioners learned about adaptive leadership by examining case studies in adaptive challenges in regulation. They explored models of adaptive leadership, engaged in dialogue about the knowledge and skills necessary for exercising leadership in regulation, and discovered new tools, resources and paradigms for facing what many see as insurmountable challenges.

PURC associates Robert Rowe of Balhoff & Rowe, LLC and Robert Gee of Gee Strategies Group LLC assisted in developing and facilitating the workshop.
