Ainsley Thomas joined the Business Career Services team in March 2023 as the Administrative Operations Manager, where she oversees Human Resources and Fiscal operations for her department. With a strong background in both the Hospitality and Healthcare industries, Ainsley brings extensive experience in Training and People Development, as well as expertise in Change Management.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Multi-Media Studies from Florida Atlantic University, with a specialization in English and Film. She also earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development from the University of Jacksonville.
