Our Impact

As of Summer 2023 — 18 years following our launch in 2005, we have seen:

  • over 2071 students in 52 Social Entrepreneurship-related courses (31 graduate and 21 undergraduate)
  • as well as our 20 Impact Scholars and 75 YELS Leaders + 374 YELS high school summer program participants
  • collectively have spent more than 98,076 hours helping more than 225 social ventures in the local community be more innovative, sustainable, and impactful
  • they have created $2,455,799 of value in the greater-Gainesville community
