Meghan Blake currently serves as the Associate Director of Experiential Learning for the entire portfolio of nine MBA program formats at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. She creates experiential learning opportunities that allow students to take the business concepts they learn in the classroom and apply them in hands-on learning experiences that integrate knowledge, activity, and reflection. She promotes innovative methods for experiential education and sees them as fundamental to the development of knowledge and skills needed for current and future business leaders.
Prior to joining Warrington in 2018, Meghan spent 18 years in industry, most recently at Deloitte, where she managed large-scale training programs that enhanced the leadership and technical skills of professionals at all career levels. Meghan holds an MBA from The George Washington University. When she's not helping others excel in their professional lives, Meghan can be found spending time with her husband and 3 children.
