Genaveve first joined the Business Career Services team in 2021 as the Assistant Director of Employer Relations, collaborating with employers to develop successful recruiting strategies, managing recruitment events, and providing exceptional customer service. Prior to joining Business Career Services, Genaveve developed experiences in fundraising and portfolio management through her role with UF Advancement where she maintained relationships with University of Florida alumni, friends, and associating corporations. As a proud double Gator, Genaveve holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and Leadership Development and an MSM.
