Bio
Daniel holds a B.A. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary. His current research focuses on better understanding complex interpersonal experiences that may matter for employee effectiveness and wellbeing across both work and home domains. His work recognizes the duality of many positive and negative work behaviors and takes a nuanced approach to shed light on what helps employees thrive at work and at home.
