Stephanie has a professional background in Student Affairs, focusing on areas of student engagement and transition. She joined the University of Florida in 2017 to advise, train, and assess new student organizations and student staff in the Department of Student Activities and Involvement. She later transitioned into an Employer Relations role within the Business Career Services office, working with corporate partners to enhance their recruiting experience and promote the placement of students from the Warrington College of Business into internship and full-time positions. Originally from Miami, she earned her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University. She is excited to work with first- and second-year finance students in the Exploring Financial Economics program to enhance their critical thinking and decision-making skills, while increasing their confidence in making appropriate career decisions.
