Prior to joining the Ph.D program at the University of Florida, Cathy earned her bachelor in International Accounting from Nanjing Audit University with Distinction, and Master of Science in Accountancy from University of Notre Dame with Cum Laude. She has worked in Sucden Financial (one of the nine Category One Ring members of London Metals Exchange) as Responsible Officer and Senior Account Executive, and in Yongan Futures HK as a derivative trader. Her current research interests include corporate finance and derivatives.
