Currently, Shane serves as the Associate Director of Admissions for the UF MBA Programs. As part of the admissions leadership team, he collaborates in the overall strategy, operations, and management of admissions for the MBA Programs portfolio of nine programs with 13 starts a year. Shane directly manages all prospective and newly admitted student events; special projects and strategic initiatives that enhance the Admissions Teams processes, applicant and admitted student experience, and on- and off- campus partnerships; collaborates on yield strategy for the entire portfolio MBA program formats; technology solutions; and directly oversee the recruitment of high-quality students and manages the Admissions Committee, scholarship budget, and Admissions Ambassadors.
Prior to becoming Associate Director of Admissions, Shane managed the engagement strategy and student experience aspects of the MBA Programs, where he oversaw and managed communications, onboarding/yield, orientations, networking/special events, graduations, cohort representatives, hotel partnerships, vendor relations, student entry/exit surveys and SACS accreditation, and Salesforce and MBA Communities. Additionally, Shane managed a fantastic team that oversees the execution of events, class weekend operations, promotional items, inventory, venue relations, data management, and more.
Before joining Warrington in 2017, Shane held roles in student recruitment, admissions, academic advising, technology implementation, and communication and partnership strategy, before being hired to spearhead the launch of the UF Online Recruitment and Outreach Center.
