Before joining the Business Career Services team, Kim’s private sector experience included consulting and recruiting roles. At Deloitte, Kim consulted in the consumer business practice; she later opened the first Florida office for another division of Deloitte, where she recruited high-level project professionals and executives. Kim continued her consulting career working with small businesses and entrepreneurs from a variety of industries. She also started a human resource consulting practice at a regional firm. Kim is a double Gator with UF MBA and marketing undergraduate degrees. She currently works with Professional MBA (PMBA) students and is passionate about guiding them in their career search journey.
