Traditional MSRE

Requirements

Admission to the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program is competitive, with approximately 30 students admitted per year. Admission is based on a number of factors including the applicant’s GMAT score, academic record, and work experience. The work experience need not be in real estate; in fact, some of our most successful graduates have used the MSRE to transition from accounting, banking, finance, building construction, planning and other fields to a career in commercial real estate.

Minimum Requirements for Admission

  1. A bachelor’s degree from an approved institution
  2. A GPA of 3.0 (last 60 hrs of undergraduate coursework)
  3. A GMAT score of 550 or 154 on each section of the GRE test
  4. Prior work experience is strongly preferred
  5. Ability to attend full-day mandatory orientation session on Friday, June 29, 2018 (all students, including current class)

I graduated with hundreds of professional contacts I gained solely by being in this program. If I can do it, coming from a different country not knowing a soul, then anyone who works hard at relationships can do it.
