Application will normally occur in the student's sophomore or junior years, after or during enrollment in REE 3043 Real Estate Analysis. We recommend you complete the Combined degree application process by November 1st if you want to start in January (Spring), March 15th for Summer B and Fall. If you take the GMAT, select “University of Florida - Warrington College of Business - Masters in Real Estate” in the GMAT drop down menu, AND select the UF code 5812, whether you take the GMAT or GRE, to make sure your official scores are sent to the University of Florida. Email your 3 recommendation letters, resume, scanned unofficial transcripts, statement of purpose and UFID directly to Pam DeMichele instead of mailing them. The combined degree application process follows the traditional MSRE application process steps except that you will not submit the UF online graduate application part of the process until after you submit your undergraduate degree application, at which time you will follow the online application instructions for the traditional MSRE program except that you will select the application term beginning after you will complete your Bachelor’s degree.
Must submit the following to Pam DeMichele, as email attachments:
- Three (3) letters of recommendation.
- Statement of Purpose.
- Your resume – with headshot inserted.
- GMAT or GRE test scores
- College transcripts (an unofficial scan is fine)
Graduation from the UF Master of Science in Real Estate program will allow you to immediately become an effective asset to any real estate oriented company from day one.Carl Barraco,
