FREC Course I Overview

The Florida Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course (FREC I), is your first step toward an exciting new career in real estate. This course features comprehensive PowerPoint slides, dynamic video lectures, and key industry documents. By utilizing a unique online delivery system, the course can be accessed anytime from anywhere with a broadband connection.

The course begins with the basic information needed for a career in real estate including:

  • An Introduction to the Real Estate Sales Profession
  • Types of Real Estate Licensees
