BABA General Studies Specialization: Statistics

The Statistics (STA) area of specialization designed for students who like using mathematical skills to solve practical problems. Courses cover general tools applicable in a wide variety of settings and the mathematical foundations of statistics. For career information visit the UF Career Connections Center.

Requirements

Students are required to have a minimum of four classes totaling 12 hours from any of the 3000-4000 level courses listed below and maintain a minimum 2.0 area of specialization GPA. Be sure to check course prerequisite requirements. Visit the Undergraduate Catalog Courses page to find more details for each course.

  • Any 3000 or 4000-level STA courses, excluding 4905, 4911, and 4940

Minor Option
