  Todd Adams

  Todd Adams has 23 years of commercial real estate transaction experience and is especially skilled at Argus modeling, financial analysis, market analysis, investment sale / debt underwriting, offer memoranda production, due diligence, and additional aspects of investment sale and debt origination processes.

  Most recently, Mr. Adams served as a Director with ClearCap Advisors with a focus on small to medium-sized business sales and the accompanying real estate disposition services. Prior to joining ClearCap, he gained extensive knowledge of all major real estate product types as an Associate Director and Senior Real Estate Analyst with the Miami office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF). From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Adams specialized in multi-family assets and was a key participant in more than $1.2 billion in transaction volume, including approximately $700 million in agency debt funding. In 2001 and 2002, Mr. Adams was a Senior Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield of Miami. During his time there, Mr. Adams primarily focused on the valuation, analysis, and sale of CBD and suburban office assets throughout South Florida.

  Mr. Adams currently teaches Argus Enterprise software modeling and additional commercial real estate analysis and investment concepts at the University of Miami and the University of Florida. He holds a master’s degree in real estate and a bachelor’s degree in economics, both from the University of Florida.
