A foundation of research

The Kelley A. Bergstrom Center is a vibrant intellectual hub — known for its faculty and their stellar intellectual output all of which contribute to what can only be called a cornerstone of the Warrington College of Business community. 

The center’s research focuses on the trends and future of real estate. Affiliated faculty publish their works in the center’s magazine, as well as in various journals, books and other publications. Faculty also present their works at conferences and workshops around the country to showcase the expertise and thought leadership of the center.

Applied research

Due Diligence is Warrington’s premiere real estate publication, dedicated to keeping a pulse on Florida’s ever-evolving market through research. Published each semester the magazine provides insights and data-driven reports relevant to the industry.
