Mr. Constantine Korologos, CRE, MAI, MRICS, Founding Principal, Leonidas Partners, LLC

Constantine Korologos (Tino) has over 30 years of teaching experience, including six years as a full-time clinical assistant professor with New York University’s MSRE program. Additionally, he has 40 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, structured finance, credit risk, asset management, advisory services, consulting, valuation, underwriting, and strategy. He has been directly involved in almost $100 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, and Europe, with a demonstrated ability to execute, value, structure, advise on, and sell real estate finance products including fixed income, mortgage notes, and mezzanine loans, including almost $30 billion in hospitality transactions. Tino has worked on the mortgage financing for several billion dollars of REIT assets, including hospitality, office, retail, and life science properties. Over his career, he has developed deep relationships with investment and money center banks, insurance companies, private equity, sovereign wealth, and opportunity funds, establishing a level of trust in the real estate community that gives him access to industry participants. He is regularly hired to testify as an expert witness in real estate finance and valuation matters. Tino holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE designation), holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and the MRICS designation with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surgeons. He co-authored a textbook, Real Estate Capital Markets, Evolution, Structure, Participants, Frankel, Kelly, Korologos – First edition September 2024 published by Cognella. Tino is also a registered representative with a FINRA Broker Dealer, holding his Series 7, 79TO, SIE, and 63 licenses.
