Dr. Trevor Foulk is an Associate Professor in the Management Department of the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2017. Prior to returning to the University of Florida, Dr. Foulk was on the faculty at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Dr. Foulk’s research spans a broad range of topics, including power dynamics, deviant workplace behavior, and employee well-being. His research has been published in outlets including the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Management, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
Dr. Foulk serves as an Associate Editor at Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. He also serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology. Dr. Foulk was awarded the SIOP Early Career Contributions Award (Science) in 2024.
Dr. Foulk is also an award winning teacher, having won the Teacher of the Year award for Core Faculty-All Majors in the Warrington MBA program in 2025.
