Diana re-joined the Business Career Services team in April 2025 to support specialty master's students at the Hough Graduate School of Business. She previously supported undergraduate students at the Heavener School of Business for four years. Before beginning a new chapter in higher education, she spent fifteen years in the luxury hospitality industry between Miami and New York City, specializing in human resources, leadership development, and employee engagement. Diana is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (from ATD) and received an MS in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and BS in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from the University of Florida.
