Peter currently serves as Assistant Director for Employer Relations at the Warrington College of Business. In this role, he develops and maintains strategic recruitment partnerships across the Heavener School of Business, Hough Graduate School of Business, and Fisher School of Accounting. He collaborates with employers to enhance recruiting pipelines, coordinates major career events, and ensures a high-quality engagement experience that connects students with meaningful career opportunities.
Prior to joining Business Career Services, Peter advanced institutional employer engagement efforts at UF’s Career Connections Center. He played a key role in strengthening the university’s recruitment infrastructure by streamlining employer onboarding, implementing compliance protocols, and enhancing event strategy for high-profile career programs. Peter led cross-functional system enhancements in Gator CareerLink to improve the employer experience and ensure data integrity. He also designed targeted engagement reports, built scalable workflows for large recruitment events, and developed standard operating procedures that are now used center-wide. His collaborative efforts resulted in stronger campus-employer alignment and more seamless pathways for students to connect with industry partners.
Peter holds a B.A. in History from Georgia State University and is a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP).
