Dr. David A. Mascio

David Mascio, PhD, is the Founding Partner of Della Parola Legacy Fund, and is on faculty as the Executive Director of the FinTech Research Center for the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florda. Over the past 25 years, Dr. Mascio has served as a university professor, a hedge fund manager, keynote speaker on economic forecasting, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in Finance. He was the chief investment officer of a billion-dollar trust bank, and has been published in top academic journals in machine learning, and generative AI in economic and investment forecasting. Dr. Mascio earned a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from the University of New Mexico (USA), he also earned an MBA from the University of Liverpool (United Kingdom) and a PhD in Finance at EDHEC Business School (France). He is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA society of Orlando.
