Daniel holds a B.A. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary. His current research centers around daily interpersonal experiences of employees at work and the implications for employee effectiveness and wellbeing. He also examines leaders' experiences at work, and the role that received gratitude plays in driving leader behaviors and wellbeing.
