Kathryn L.G. Pearce

Kathryn L.G. Pearce manages enrollment and reports survey, rankings, and accreditation data for the Hough Graduate School of Business. She works closely with program directors, advisors, and academic units to examine admission and registration trends and plan course offerings for the school’s 2,000+ enrolled students. For the college at large, Kathryn maintains curriculum and degree information, oversees faculty accountability and review practices, and supports a variety of strategic initiatives as the assistant to the Senior Associate Dean. She earned a master’s degree in educational leadership focusing in higher education administration from the University of Florida.
