Julianne Roberts

Julianne Golingan Roberts joined Undergraduate Business Career Services in September 2026 as a Career Coach. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International
Relations from the University of the Pacific and a Master of Arts in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine University. Her professional background spans nonprofit leadership development, healthcare project management, and food service management. Prior to joining BCS, Julianne served as Director of Operations for a Chick-fil-A
franchise in Savannah, Georgia, that consistently ranked among the top 1% of Chick-fil-A franchises nationwide for lunchtime volume. Previously, she managed a
multimillion-dollar health equity initiative in partnership with The Colorado Health Foundation. She also spent nearly ten years with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, a
faith-based nonprofit, developing student and staff leaders and launching new initiatives across Northern California. These experiences have shaped Julianne’s passion for supporting young adults, which she brings to her work helping students pursue their career goals.
